This Privacy Policy describes how Karavya Solutions LLP collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Brokerwale platform.
1. Information We Collect
Account details (name, email, phone), firm details, and any data you choose to enter into the Service (properties, leads, contacts, brochures, notes, deal records, etc.). We log basic technical metadata (IP, browser, timestamps) for security.
2. How We Use Your Information
To operate and improve the Service, authenticate you, send transactional emails (password resets, account notifications), comply with law, and respond to support requests.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with infrastructure providers (hosting, email, storage) under contract, and with law enforcement when required by a valid legal request.
4. Where We Store Data
Data is hosted on servers located in India and standard cloud regions. We may transfer data internationally for backup and processing — always under appropriate contractual safeguards.
5. Security
Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt). Connections use TLS. Backups are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly about any suspected breach.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for session management and language preference. No third-party advertising cookies.
7. Your Rights
You can view, edit, or delete your data from the Service. To export or fully delete an account, write to chintan.karavyasolutions@gmail.com.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for users under 18. If we learn that a minor has provided personal data, we will delete it.
9. Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. After closure, transactional records may be retained for up to seven years to meet tax and audit obligations.
10. Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner. The "Effective" date above shows when the current version took effect.
