Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Brokerwale platform (the "Service") operated by Karavya Solutions LLP ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By clicking "Accept invite", signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have authority to bind the firm whose account you operate.
2. Description of Service
Brokerwale is a software-as-a-service platform that helps real-estate brokerages manage properties, leads, follow-ups, site visits, deals, and commissions. Features may evolve; we may add, change, or remove functionality.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance per the plan you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes (GST etc.) are added where applicable.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the data you enter (properties, leads, contacts, files). You grant us a limited licence to host, display, process, and back up that data so we can operate the Service for you.
6. Acceptable Use
Don't use the Service to upload illegal content, harass others, scrape data outside the Service, attempt to bypass security, or send unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Suspension & Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination we will, on request and within a reasonable period, provide an export of your data.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You're responsible for verifying the accuracy of property listings, prices, and any other data before sharing it with third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
